To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:	1. Click on the “Manage FAQ” button2. From your site Dashboard, click on “Add” then select the “Question/Answer” option3. Each new Question/Answer must be associated with a category4. Save and publishYou can edit or reorganize your FAQs and choose other categories whenever you want.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:1. Go to the App Settings2. Click on “Manage FAQ”3. Create or select the question you want to add media to4. While editing your answer, click the video, image or GIF icon5. Add the media from your library then save

How can I change or remove the title of my FAQ?

Accepted Answer

You can change the title from the app settings, under the "Display" tab. If you don't want to display the title, turn off the "Show title" option.
